Stuart's got his new walking boots and has been blazing a trail this week with daily walks of decent distances. Steven and Alan, went out on Saturday in the chucking rain, and icy wind for a 'refreshing' walk. My bike has no brakes, or should I say brakes that work (that is my excuse for this week and I am sticking to it).
The race night is tomorrow, a full report and pics will appear here when I have sobered up. Good luck to everyone who has a horse or is having a flutter tomorrow night. C'mon Lucky Pierre's Arab Strap!

First Training Session
Whilst Alan and Scott (I am using sunday names) have been far more eager and committed on the training front, I finally got my finger out and joined them for training at the weekend. A bracing walk around Dunfermline which must have been about 20 miles, well maybe 6 or 7...but it felt like 20.
Didn't feel too bad on Monday which is promising. However, we really cannot visit people's houses in future eating all their choccy bikkies (thanks Tommo!)
The charity race night takes place on Friday 17th in Dunfermline. Things are coming along nicely and we are hoping to raise as much money as we can as we chase our target of £2000.
